Usually, yes. We consider pets case by case, and they're part of your application like everything else. Tell us about yours when you apply, or ask about a specific unit before you do.
What utilities are included?
Water is included at every building. In most units you'll set up your own electric and gas accounts with ComEd and Peoples Gas. It depends on the unit, and some include more, so check the listing or ask us. We use energy-efficient furnaces and appliances to help keep those bills down.
Can I use a co-signer or guarantor?
Yes. If you don't meet the income or credit requirements on your own, a co-signer or guarantor can apply with you.
